They have two vacation rentals on site that are hosted by a homeschool family. Currently, there are some significant discounts for homeschool families, and for families looking for something educational to do during spring break weeks. They also offer a small college scholarship for homeschool graduates. Located at the end of the Lewis & Clark trail, the setting provides opportunities to learn about the U.S. Life Saving Service, Coast Guard, cranberry harvesting, oystering, lighthouses, sea life and a variety of historical events.
